Senior Brand Manager is responsibility for:

1. Business Management:
- Follow up strictly monthly business review through joining in BRM
- Track carefully the market information by viewing monthly retail audit report
- Involve to bidding activities to save cost for company

2. Product Planing:
- Manage effectively the core value of current products through any brand activities
- Innovate the product concept and direction for new products
- Contribute ideas and opinions significantly to product development process with other teams ( especially RD team)

3. Consumer- Oriented Activity Management:
- Always take the needs of customers and satisfy customer needs as the top goal
- Promptly and reasonably resolve complaints if any of customers reflect
- Ask questions before each Marketing Action Plan
- After each activity, the activities must self-assess the level of achievement compared with the initial criteria

4. Group Management
- Do weekly report
- Prepare monthly product meeting report
- Obtain the role of team leader to train and guide team member to execute and finish works on time in full
- Evelate the perfomanceand result (KPI and CSR) for team

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have at least 7 years of experience working in Marketing (big size company)
- Good understanding of company's product portfolio, especially key selling points of each brand
- Much knowledge about marketing know-how and suitatble application
- Profiency in Microsoft Office
- Leadership and team management skill
- Good at presentation skill
- Good st problem solving skill, coordination skill
