- Work place: Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC

- Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

  1. Brand Management & Business Performance
  • Track business performance metrics: sales, distribution, MFC, and market updates (weekly, monthly, or upon request by the line manager).
  • Generate business insights and provide recommendations to support brand growth and decision-making
  • Develop & Execute branding campaigns: conceptualize ideas, create communication plans (if required), and manage production and execution processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation of marketing activities
  1. New Product Development
  • Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and other departments to propose prototype products, define brand positioning, USPs, SKUs specifications, and price simulations.
  • Conduct market analysis, consumer research (FGD/ OMT/ CLT): Work with agencies or internal teams to identify unmet needs, consumer insights, and market trends based on actual requirements.
  • Packaging development: Develop packaging briefs and coordinate packaging development with internal design teams.
  • Plan and align operational activities with IMC strategies by collaborating with sales/channel teams.
  1. Project Management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Design, …) to ensure on-time execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and proactively drive solutions

      4. Administrative Tasks & Others

  • Manage monthly brand payment processes and SAP, ERP system entries.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG, especially in Food, Pie, Bakery & Confectionery. Experience in New Product Development (NPD), project management, and cross-functional collaboration is highly preferred.
  • Skills:

          - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, creativity, and strategic thinking.

          - Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.

          - Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

          - Strong analytical abilities with data-driven insights (experience with Retail Audit reports, sales, and distribution metrics is a plus).

  • Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages:Basic English communication skills.
