International Sales Executive (Asia Market)

1. Current Customer Management
- Manage existing dealers/customers to secure orders and achieve assigned sales targets (Export & IMS).
- Handle end-to-end order management including PO preparation, payment coordination, accounting documents, and sales tracking.
- Coordinate production planning and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic customers/dealers.
2. New Market & Dealer Development
- Identify and develop new dealers in new or existing markets through various channels.
3. . International Sales Operations
- Manage global product portfolio and pricing structure.
- Analyze sales performance using Sales Analysis Tools (SAT) and propose improvement actions.
- Analyze Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance and support operational solutions.
4. Negotiation & Relationship Development
- Lead negotiations with strategic dealers and agents.
- Conduct sales and operating profit analysis by country, brand, and SKU.
- Manage dealer promotion programs using a Plan–Do–Review approach.
- Support and train global sales staff to enhance sales capabilities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University with major in Internation Business, Business Administration or related majors;
- Have 2-5 years of experience in Global Sales, Shipping Document or Global Marketing
- Fluent in English for business communication; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Experience in the food or confectionery industry
- Deep understanding of international business ( Middle-East, Africa, etc)
- Skills: Market analysis, negotiation, market development, cold calling, understanding of international trade and logistics, proficient in MS Office
- Other Willingness to travel internationally and ability to adapt to different cultures
