1. Developing new products for E-Commerce channel: Requires understanding of online shoppers, shopping behavior, shopping trends, and preferences according to online shopping trends.
2. Developing exclusive products according to MT Channel demanding/ Shopper insights: It is required to understand the shopper behavior in supermarket channels (Hyper, Minimart, CVS, ..), understand the industry, customers and develop new product strategies to attract more customers.
3. Developing product concept for seasonal: Children International Day (1/6), Mid-Autumn Festival, Traditional Tet Holiday Giftset
4. Partnership: Plan to cooperate with other industries (Beverage, Dairy,..) in the country to increase the opportunity to increase sales.
5. Others: Develop & manage Media PLan for BIG PROJECT on TET SEASON.
