1. Industry analysis, competitors and market trends (40%)
- Collect media data of the opponent/third party's sources
- Research market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors
- Analyze the business's operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential joining

2. Collaborate with Sales department, Product development department and other departments in meeting market demands (30%)
- Read and understand sales reports from Sales department (Collect and analyze purchasing data)
- Analyse operations data to develop pricing models (RSP, Margin) of each level (Dealer/ Retailers/ Wholesale/ End User) for each channel (MT,TT, B2B) and identify areas/strategic for impliment

3. Research implementation (20%)
- Based on project requirement, prepare research brief to research agency
- Supervise research agency to develop discusion guide, questionnaire
- Moderator in-house research if any

4. Report presentation (10%)
- Use statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools to optimize in the report
- Organize and analyze data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting the findings in the report
- Provide recommendations and feedbacks to study/explore/planning for considering decision-making

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Business or related major.
- Have 3+ years of relevant work experience in data science, business analytics, business intelligence (BI)
- Fluent in English is a must
- Knowledge of applying research or data management
- The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and data modeling skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Organizing and time management skills
- Creative thinking, analytical mind.
