Địa điểm làm việc: Được chọn 1 trong các địa điểm để làm việc tại Miền Nam (Hồ Chí Minh/ Cần Thơ/ Đồng Nai/ Nha Trang).
1. Market analysis & Sales strategy (60%)
- Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Center/ Brand / CAT
- Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
- Prepare process, necessary indicators to track sales strategy & feedback (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
- Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
- Report performance results and evaluation
2. New products launching (40%)
- Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress.
- Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
- Plan to provide the samples product & monitor implementation.
- Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
- Building processes related to tracking results, new product effectiveness.
- Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
- Have knowledge of Sales Planning/MKT/Economics/experience relating to and support for position.
- Good at using Microsoft Office (MS word, excel, PPT)
- Proactive, eager to learn corporate, team work and self-motivated individual at the same time
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadline.
- Comfortable to work with multi-level analyses and presentations.
