Working hour: Monday - Friday (8AM-5:30PM)
Working location: Ha Noi
JOB DETAIL:
- Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Branch / Sales Center/ Brand / CAT
- Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
- Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
- Work-with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
- Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress. Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
- Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
- Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
- Have at least 5 years of experience in related role such as Sales performance, Sales analysis, ...
- Have knowledge of Sales Planning/MKT/Economics/experience relating to and support for position.
- Good at using excel, Power BI is a plus
- Proactive, eager to learn corporate, team work and self-motivated individual at the same time
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadline.
- Comfortable to work with multi-level analyses and presentations.
