1. Analyze the quality indicators
- Understand the product quality of cake, biscuit, and snacks lines
+ Statistical Analysis of quality values (6 sigma - such as Cp, CpK ...)
+ Evaluate product quality in stage according to QMS check sheet
+ Find out the differences in product quality criteria compared with standards and come up with improvement plans
- Compare product quality through sensory all products of 2 factories at the same production time
- Periodically do market products survey and analyze quality indicators compared to standards

2. Quality system audit
- Period do the quality system assessment yearly
- Evaluate the quality system before producing new products
- Analyze the quality indicators of new products in the market

3. Build and maintain the TCP system (Quality system software)
- Work with IT and related team (R&D, QA, Production) to set up item on system
- Work with IT if any error on system
- Follow up the Quality of production and safety on TCP system

4. Others job assigned by Managers

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male/ Female, graduated from University with major in Food technology, Biotechnology or related majors;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Production management of Food industry, quality control according to FSSC22000, HACCP,...
- Good at Database analysis, Good communication, Flexible in work, teamwork
- Good at MS Office
- Good at raw material inventory management skills
- Be proactive in work, hard working, honest.
