HRBP Assistant Manager

- Be in charge of C&B operations for Expatriates: payroll, insurance, labor contracts, healthcare insurance,… Ensure that they are accuracy, meet timeline commitment, compliance with law and company policies;
- Complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly): Monthly Mancount report, HR cost reports,...; Calculate accrued expenses: annual leave, bonuses,...
- Update the new law relating to HR for expat for developing and updating company's regulations and policies in compliance with current Vietnamese labor law;
- Other tasks assigned by Managers;
Yêu cầu công việc
- From 7 years of experience in HRBP/ C&B/ HR Data Analyst/ Accounting,... at large Organization (Retail, F&B, Food Manufacturing Companies with more than 1,000 headcounts);
- Excellent in Excel, Good at English;
- Have knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws;
- Familiar with HRM software/ Can use ERP/SAP systems/ is an advantage;
- Good communication skill, analysis skill, logic management skill.
