Contract type: 1-year contract

Working time: From Monday to Friday, 8AM-5:30PM

Working Location: Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh, HCMC.

1. Monthly Closing (MFC/COGS) and Improvement:

- Handle the monthly closing process for Manufacturing Cost (MFC) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Review and analyze variances, identify root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

2. Inventory Transactions Management:

- Review and approve all transactions related to the movement and usage of finished goods, as well as the purchasing of goods.
- Ensure proper recording of potato seed inventory transactions (in-out stock) and monitor potato system operations.

3. Monthly and quarterly reporting:

Prepare and present monthly reports, including:

- MFC & Material Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs, identify trends, and track cost drivers and ensuring proper management of inventory and stock levels.
- VAS Ending Balance reconcilation: Prepare and review the ending balances of inventory to ensure accurately.
- MFG Package report: Provide a comprehensive manufacturing cost package for review, highlighting significant changes or variances.
- Business Report: Prepare a detailed business report analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost-related metrics.
