We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the market.

Be in charge of 2 big Brands: Mooncake & Giftset An, focusing on B2C & B2B marketing strategies. The main roles are:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our brand’s vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, channel price strategy: B2C, B2B, - - ---- Collaboration company:
+ B2C: Develop B2C products (TT & MT Channels), build POSM items (design) & marketing plan to support trade activities.
+ B2B Sales & Marketing plan: develop B2B products, create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, develop pricing strategies (discount scheme), exploit sales opportunities, connect new businesses, develop channels, and customers & marketing activities to maintain relationships with big customers B2B/ Unions (đối tác B2B và Công Đoàn)
- Develop & manage communication plan to build strong brand awareness in seasonal (Mid Autumn & Tet Lunar New Year)
- Lead the CRM team (seasonal) to execute a media performance marketing plan (work with Agency) to reach the target sales.
